These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.OwnYourPowerToday.com and any content, digital products, discovery calls, coaching services, newsletters, or other offerings provided by Own Your Power Today (“OYPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Own Your Power Today is currently operated by Tiffany M. Frazier in Cumming, Georgia.
By accessing the OYPT website, downloading or purchasing a product, scheduling a call, participating in coaching, subscribing to communications, or otherwise using an OYPT offering, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the OYPT Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website, purchase or download an OYPT product, or participate in an OYPT service.
The OYPT website, products, discovery calls, and coaching services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By using an OYPT offering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.
Own Your Power Today provides educational resources, personal-development content, self-reflection tools, digital products, and coaching services focused on areas such as self-trust, personal authority, personal power, boundaries, people-pleasing patterns, self-awareness, and personal growth.
OYPT content and coaching are intended to support reflection, education, and personal development. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental-health condition.
Tiffany M. Frazier provides coaching services and is not acting as a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, professional counselor, physician, psychiatrist, attorney, financial adviser, or other licensed healthcare or professional-services provider.
OYPT coaching is not:
Coaching may involve discussing personal experiences, beliefs, goals, habits, decisions, emotions, or behavioral patterns. These discussions remain within a coaching and personal-development context and do not establish a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or similar licensed professional relationship.
You remain solely responsible for your choices, actions, decisions, health, safety, and well-being.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should consult a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.
OYPT does not provide emergency services, crisis counseling, or urgent mental-health care. OYPT email, scheduling tools, and coaching sessions are not continuously monitored for emergencies.
If you believe you may harm yourself or another person, are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or require immediate assistance, call 911 or your local emergency number.
In the United States, you may also call or text 988 to contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
A discovery call allows you and OYPT to discuss your goals, ask general questions, and determine whether an OYPT coaching service may be an appropriate fit.
A discovery call:
OYPT reserves the right to decline a coaching relationship when the requested support is outside the scope of coaching, an appropriate fit cannot be established, or another legitimate reason makes the relationship unsuitable.
The scope, length, price, and included features of each coaching service will be described on the applicable sales, scheduling, or checkout page or in a separate coaching agreement.
Coaching is a collaborative process. You understand that meaningful participation may require reflection, honest communication, personal responsibility, and action between sessions.
You retain complete responsibility for deciding whether and how to use information discussed during coaching. OYPT does not make decisions for you or guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, relational, emotional, or health-related result.
OYPT may recommend that you seek support from a licensed or otherwise qualified professional if an issue falls outside the appropriate scope of coaching.
All current OYPT coaching sessions are conducted remotely through Zoom.
To participate, you are responsible for:
Zoom is an independent third-party service. Your use of Zoom is also governed by Zoom’s own terms and privacy practices.
OYPT cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Zoom or be responsible for outages, interruptions, security incidents, or technical problems controlled by Zoom or by your equipment or internet provider.
If your technical difficulties prevent a session from proceeding, the session may still be subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show provisions below.
If a material technical problem controlled by OYPT prevents the session from taking place, OYPT will offer a reasonable opportunity to reschedule. If OYPT cannot provide the purchased session within a reasonable time, an appropriate refund or credit may be offered.
Coaching sessions may not be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed, transcribed, streamed, reproduced, or shared by either party without the prior express consent of everyone participating.
Permission to record one session does not constitute permission to record future sessions.
Unauthorized recording, distribution, or publication of a coaching session is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund, subject to applicable law.
Although reasonable efforts will be made to protect privacy, internet-based communications and third-party video platforms cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Coaching fees are nonrefundable except when otherwise required by law or expressly stated in these Terms.
A coaching session may be rescheduled one time when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. The rescheduled session must occur within 30 calendar days of the original appointment date and is subject to OYPT’s availability.
If the session is not rescheduled and completed within that 30-day period, the session and payment will be forfeited unless OYPT agrees otherwise in writing.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and missed appointments are nonrefundable and may result in forfeiture of the session.
OYPT may make a reasonable exception for a genuine emergency at its sole discretion. An exception made on one occasion does not require OYPT to make the same exception in the future.
All timing requirements are measured according to the Eastern Time Zone unless otherwise stated.
Clients should join Zoom at the scheduled session time.
If you arrive late, the session will ordinarily end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended.
Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without prior communication may be treated as a missed session. Missed sessions are nonrefundable and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If OYPT is late, the session will be extended when reasonably possible or the lost time will be restored through another mutually agreed arrangement.
OYPT may reschedule a session because of illness, emergency, technical failure, unsafe or inappropriate conduct, or another circumstance that reasonably prevents the session from proceeding.
When OYPT must cancel for reasons unrelated to client conduct, the client will be offered a reasonable opportunity to reschedule. If OYPT cannot provide the purchased service within a reasonable period, the client may receive a refund or credit for the affected service.
OYPT is not responsible for additional or indirect expenses resulting from a canceled or rescheduled session.
OYPT may provide free and paid digital products, including guides, declarations, prompts, worksheets, journals, templates, audio materials, courses, or other educational resources.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing or downloading a digital product gives you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your individual, personal, noncommercial use.
You may not:
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual-property rights.
Because digital products are made accessible or delivered electronically, all digital-product sales are final and nonrefundable unless:
Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that the product is suitable for your needs and compatible with your device.
Prices will be displayed before purchase and are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payments may be processed by Stan Store, Stripe, PayPal, or another third-party processor identified at checkout. OYPT does not control a processor’s independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or security.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and authorize the applicable processor to charge the displayed amount.
Taxes may be added where required by law.
OYPT may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect a purchase already completed unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
If you believe that a charge was made incorrectly, please contact admin@ownyourpowertoday.com before initiating a chargeback so OYPT has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or through your financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed after a product or service was properly delivered may result in suspension or termination of access to OYPT offerings.
Unless otherwise stated, the OYPT website and its content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, downloads, exercises, prompts, videos, audio, course materials, newsletters, and coaching resources—are owned by Tiffany M. Frazier, operating as Own Your Power Today, or are used with permission.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
No part of an OYPT offering may be used beyond the limited personal-use permission expressly provided in these Terms without prior written authorization.
“Own Your Power Today,” “OYPT,” “The Reclamation,” associated taglines, and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, ownership, or sponsorship without written permission.

OYPT may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated or when continued participation creates a safety, legal, ethical, or operational concern.
Testimonials represent the personal experiences and opinions of the individuals who provide them. They do not promise or guarantee that another person will achieve the same or similar results.
Individual results vary based on many factors, including personal circumstances, participation, decisions, effort, timing, and factors outside OYPT’s control.
OYPT will not publicly use a coaching client’s name, image, identifying information, or testimonial without permission. When appropriate, testimonial use may be governed by a separate written release describing how the testimonial may be displayed.
Submitting ordinary feedback does not automatically give OYPT permission to publicly identify you or use your statement as a testimonial.
OYPT does not guarantee any particular outcome from its website, content, digital products, discovery calls, or coaching services.
Examples, educational discussions, testimonials, and descriptions of possible benefits are illustrative only.
You are responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether it is appropriate for your circumstances. Your results depend on factors that OYPT cannot control.
OYPT may discuss stress, nervous-system awareness, regulation practices, somatic concepts, mindfulness, or similar personal-development subjects for general educational purposes.
This content does not constitute medical advice, mental-health treatment, trauma treatment, diagnosis, or clinical somatic therapy.
You are responsible for deciding whether to participate in any suggested reflection or exercise. Stop an activity if you feel unsafe, distressed, dizzy, unwell, or otherwise unable to continue comfortably, and seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OYPT’s total liability for a claim relating to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid OYPT for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OYPT and Tiffany M. Frazier from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from:
This section does not require you to indemnify OYPT for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
Either the client or OYPT may choose to end the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice.
OYPT reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate coaching services when, in OYPT’s reasonable judgment:
When OYPT ends coaching services for reasons unrelated to the client’s misconduct or breach of these Terms, OYPT will refund any prepaid fees for coaching sessions that have not been provided.
When services are terminated because of the client’s material breach, misconduct, unauthorized recording, or failure to comply with these Terms, refunds will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
A client’s decision to end the coaching relationship does not automatically create a right to a refund. Coaching fees remain subject to the cancellation and refund provisions in these Terms and any applicable coaching agreement.
When appropriate and reasonably possible, OYPT may recommend that the client seek support from another coach or a qualified licensed professional. OYPT does not guarantee the availability, suitability, or services of any referral.
OYPT may suspend or terminate access to a digital product, course, membership, account, or other protected content if the purchaser or user:
Termination of access does not require OYPT to remove a lawfully downloaded personal-use copy from a purchaser’s device. However, the purchaser remains bound by all copyright, licensing, and usage restrictions contained in these Terms.
When digital access is suspended or terminated because of the purchaser’s misconduct, nonpayment, infringement, or material violation of these Terms, the purchaser will not be entitled to a refund except where required by law.
If OYPT permanently discontinues access to a paid digital offering for reasons unrelated to the purchaser’s conduct, OYPT may provide continued access, a replacement download, a comparable alternative, account credit, or an appropriate refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Termination does not transfer ownership of any OYPT content or eliminate restrictions on its use. Provisions concerning payments, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, disputes, and any other terms that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact OYPT at admin@ownyourpowertoday.com and make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally. OYPT will likewise make a reasonable good-faith effort to address the matter.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or an OYPT offering will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Forsyth County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court when eligible or exercising a right that cannot legally be waived.
OYPT may update these Terms as its offerings, policies, technology, or legal obligations change.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Terms in effect when a purchase was completed will ordinarily govern that transaction unless the parties agree otherwise or a change is legally required.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
A failure by OYPT to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
These Terms, the OYPT Privacy Policy, the applicable product or service description, and any separate written coaching agreement constitute the entire agreement concerning your use or purchase of the applicable OYPT offering.
If a separate signed coaching agreement directly conflicts with these general Terms, the separate coaching agreement will control for that coaching service.
