For a long time, I believed my calling in life was limited to being a stay at home mom. I thought being a strong woman meant being the one who could carry everything. Never worried. Never asked for help. And certainly never longed for more.
Eventually, I found myself at this intersection of life. Deep down, I longed for more. I dreamed of fulfilling something I’d dreamt of almost my entire life. Publishing a novel. I wanted to write. So I did.
But the words of others from my past crept into the forefront of my mind with every word I typed. Their doubt. Their cruelty. Their lack of support and encouragement. The beliefs they instilled in me about myself were embedded so deep, that although I finished and published my book, I could not get comfortable with understanding that I did deserve to celebrate my accomplishment. In fact, it took years, until I attended Metaphysics school to be exact, to get to the point where I didn’t clam up inside after telling someone that I was an author.
Upon completing Metaphysics school and also earning my certificate as a Spiritual Life Coach, I knew my calling was to help others find out how they were giving their personal power away, and how they could reclaim it.
I did not create Own Your Power Today (OYPT) because I have life completely figured out.
Trust me, I don't. And one thing you will not find while working with me is what I like to call Emotional Erasure, or toxic positivity. We don’t ignore emotions here. We all know that ignoring what is in front of us will never go away. All emotions are valid and they deserve to be recognized.
I created OYPT because I know what it feels like to question everything about yourself. To put your own needs last. To stay silent when you really want to express yourself. To carry so much that you stop noticing how emotionally and mentally tired you are.
Sometimes we just know that something in our life needs to change, but we can't quite explain what it is. If this is you, you are not alone. And I have been there.
We tell ourselves, “This is just who I am.”
But is it? Or is it who we learned how to be?
OYPT is for the person who is ready to look at that question honestly. It’s for the person who is ready to recognize what has shaped them, so that they can reclaim the parts of themselves they have given away, and decide what belongs in the life they are building now.
That is what becoming whole means to me.
It does not mean becoming perfect. It does not mean reaching some permanently healed version of yourself who never struggles again. It means learning to recognize what you want to let go of so you can stop abandoning yourself and make a different choice when you can, and create the life you’ve always dreamed of.

I believe real change begins with recognition.
But we can’t just change a pattern. First, we have to notice it. And before we can reclaim our personal power, we have to recognize where we are giving it away.
It’s that easy, and it’s also that hard.
Some beliefs have been with us for so long that they feel like facts. Some patterns that once helped us survive, became deeply embedded in us. Some expectations came from people we love. We don’t hold them at fault, we just need to learn how to find our own inner voice.
My role is not to give you a new list of rules. I am not here to tell you what to believe, what your life should look like, or who you should become.
I am here to help you slow down long enough so you can notice what is taking place within you. I provide a safe space where you can ask those questions, so you can look at where a belief came from and whether it still belongs to you.
Because you are the one who has to live your life. Not anyone else.

Hello my friend! I’m so happy you’ve found me.
I’m Tiffany. I hold a Ph.D. in Metaphysics and Humanistic Science, with specializations in Anomalous Research and Para-Anthropology. Currently, I’m also studying Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation, and my passion lies in helping people reclaim their personal power.
What do people believe? Where did those beliefs come from? How do our experiences, our families, our cultures, and the stories we have been told shape the way we understand ourselves and the world around us? These are all the questions we’ll explore together.
I have always been curious about the deeper layers of the human experience. And I understand that personal growth does not happen in a quiet room where nothing else needs your attention. It happens in the middle of family responsibilities. Exhaustion. Uncertainty. Change. Life!
It happens while dinner still needs to be made, the laundry is piling up, someone needs you, and all the while, you are trying to remember how to care for yourself too.
I am a wife. A mother. A researcher. An author. And a woman still learning how to recognize the old rules in her own life.
I am not approaching this work from a pedestal. I am approaching it as a human being who is still learning. Still questioning. Still recognizing. Still reclaiming. Still becoming. And my sole purpose while we work together is to provide a space where you are comfortable exploring who you truly are, and what it is you truly want.
If you're ready to begin your journey toward becoming the version of you you’ve always dreamed, I would be honored to help guide you along the way.
